As a first-time home seller, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than working with Jackie Gureghian. She made the entire process seamless from start to finish. She took the time to walk me through every piece of paperwork, including the disclosures, which was extremely helpful for someone new to the selling process. Jackie took stunning photos of the property and made sure it was listed on all the major realtor channels. The open house she organized was a huge success and led to a full-price offer, which I accepted! And she did all of this while only charging a 1.5% fee.
